1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orgin3 ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Orgin3 ERP is a cloud-based ERP platform designed for MEP contractors. We provide the platform on a subscription basis as described in your chosen plan.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are due in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Orgin3 claims no intellectual property rights over your business data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Orgin3 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be exported and provided to you.
